Parking in Heathrow Airport

Europe's busiest airport — plan parking early

Heathrow is the UK's busiest airport and its immediate surroundings are among the most stringently enforced no-stopping zones in the country. Parking tips for Heathrow Airport

Book long-stay well in advance

Heathrow official long-stay prices roughly double if you book the day before. For trips over 5 days, compare off-airport operators with shuttle buses.

Free drop-off zone

There is a free 10-minute drop-off zone a short bus/taxi ride from each terminal. Use it instead of the paid terminal forecourts.

No stopping on A4 and access roads

ANPR cameras and enforcement officers patrol Heathrow access roads continuously. Stopping for even 30 seconds can trigger a fine.
