Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Kerbie. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Kerbie is a parking management application that helps drivers find parking, track session timers, scan parking signs, and generate PCN appeal letters. The service is operated in the United Kingdom.
By accessing or using Kerbie you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You must provide a valid email address and a secure password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.
You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without their permission.
You agree to use Kerbie only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Kerbie provides informational assistance only. Drivers remain solely responsible for checking local signage, permits, restrictions, and parking regulations before leaving their vehicle.
Kerbie provides parking information sourced from OpenStreetMap (OSM) and AI-assisted analysis. This information is provided for guidance only and may not reflect current real-world conditions, temporary restrictions, or recent changes to parking rules.
Kerbie does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any parking data displayed, and does not guarantee that any location is legal or safe to park in. You remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable parking regulations and for any Penalty Charge Notices, fines, clamping, towing, storage charges, or other consequences arising from where you choose to park.
Always read physical parking signs at your location — they take precedence over any information shown in the app.
Kerbie Premium members can use our AI-assisted PCN appeal letter generator. Appeal letters and other content produced by the app are generated automatically by artificial intelligence, are provided for informational purposes only as a starting point, and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. You must read, check and edit any generated content before relying on or submitting it.
Kerbie does not provide legal advice and is not a law firm or a substitute for a qualified legal professional. We make no guarantee that any appeal letter will be accepted or successful. The decision to submit an appeal, the content you submit, and any outcome, are entirely your responsibility.
You must not submit appeal letters that contain false or misleading statements. Doing so may constitute fraud and could be a criminal offence.
Kerbie is available on a free tier and a paid Premium tier. Premium features are billed on a monthly recurring basis via Stripe.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from the Profile section of the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are provided for partial months unless required by law.
We reserve the right to change Premium pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
All content, design, code, and branding within Kerbie is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.
By submitting content to Kerbie (such as parking sign photographs), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content to provide and improve the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Kerbie and its operators shall not be liable for:
Cap on liability. Subject to the paragraph below, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the app and these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the greater of (a) £100 and (b) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or misused the service, or where we need to do so to comply with the law or protect the service or other users. Where practical and lawful to do so, we will give you reasonable notice. We may also withdraw the service or any feature on reasonable notice.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile > Account > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of Kerbie after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us via the feedback form in the app (Profile > Send Feedback) or by emailing support@kerbie.app.
