Parking in Cambridge

University city — Park & Ride or cycle

Cambridge has extensive park and ride provision and the city council actively discourages car access to the city centre. On-street parking near the colleges is almost entirely permit-only or time-limited. Cambridge is well-served by P&R sites on all approach roads, with buses running every 8–10 minutes.
